Cash counter
Count the notes and coins in the till, add dollars and euros and see right away whether the drawer matches your opening balance and sales. With card payments, closing balance and signatures of who prepared and who counted. Handy at closing time.

A cash count that adds up
At the end of the day count everything in the drawer, take out tomorrow's float and compare the rest with the cash sales on your till or receipt book. The difference is your cash variance.
- Notes in circulation are SRD 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 500; coins are 1, 5, 10, 25, 100 and 250 cents.
- Count foreign currency separately and convert at the rate you gave the customer, not today's rate.
- Today's closing balance is tomorrow's opening balance. The tool carries it over after you close and locks it, so nobody changes it unnoticed. That works on this device; the signed printout is your real proof.
- Card, Uni5Pay and other digital payments are not in the drawer. Note them separately at the bottom to see the day turnover, and check them against the terminal's end-of-day slip and your bank statement.
- Have someone other than the preparer do the count and have both sign with full name and ID card number.
- Write down every difference, also small ones. A pattern of shortfalls only shows when you keep track.

Frequently asked questions
What is a normal cash variance?
A few SRD a day from change is normal. If shortfalls keep coming or grow, have each shift count and sign separately.
