Cash flow planner

Profit is not the same as money in the bank. Enter expected income and expenses per month and see whether your balance drops below zero, so you can adjust in time or arrange financing.

Free, no account. Everything happens in your own browser, nothing is sent to us.

Tip: count income in the month customers actually pay, not when you invoice. Do not forget VAT payments, wage tax, insurance and yearly costs. Unpaid invoices tracker · Loan calculator

Fixed moments when money goes out

  • Wage tax and AOV for the previous month: by the 10th.
  • VAT for the previous month: by the 15th.
  • Income tax: provisional instalments in April, July, October and December.
  • Imports: duties and levies are paid before customs releases the goods, often weeks before you sell them.
  • December: a year-end bonus (if you pay one) and holiday stock often come together.

Enter these amounts first. If your balance drops below zero anywhere, you know months ahead that you need credit, a customer deposit or more time from a supplier.
