The right size for every purpose
- WhatsApp and email: 1600 pixels wide is plenty to look sharp on any phone.
- Upload forms of government offices, banks and job sites often have a limit such as 500 KB or 1 MB. Enter that limit and the tool finds the best quality that fits.
- Instagram: square 1:1 or portrait 4:5 for posts, 9:16 for stories and your status.
- Facebook covers and website banners are wide: choose 16:9 or wider.
- Photos of documents read best as JPEG at about 80% quality. Logos and screenshots are better as PNG.
