A signature that looks right everywhere
Keep it short: name, title, company, one phone number, your website and maybe a WhatsApp link. More lines and large images make mails heavy and arrive as attachments for some recipients.
- Gmail: Settings, See all settings, Signature; paste and save at the bottom of the page.
- Outlook: Settings, Account, Signatures.
- Phone: most mail apps take plain text only. Use the text version there.
- Keep your logo at about 200 pixels wide or less. Long disclaimers are better left out.
