Tips for a strong EOI

Put the job number in the subject and in the letter. If you respond to several jobs, list them all.
Answer exactly the requested scope. A general story about your company does not convince.
Give comparable assignments with client, year, size and a contact person.
Show that you have the people and equipment, and add your HSE record.
Attach the certificates the EOI names. Keep your company profile to two to four pages.
Submit well before the deadline, through Staatsolie's form. Closing times are in Suriname time.
