Suriname Business is a free website with information and tools for businesses in Suriname. By using the site and an account you agree to these terms.

Information and tools

  • We work from official sources and check figures carefully, but mistakes are possible and rules change. Use the information and calculations as a guide, not as legal, tax or financial advice. Check important decisions with the source or an adviser.
  • Documents you make with the tools (such as invoices, quotes and payslips) are your documents. You are responsible for their content and for applying VAT and other rules correctly.
  • Exchange rates, prices and other live data come from external sources and may be delayed. For transactions, the rate or price of the bank or authority itself always applies.

Your account

  • An account is free. You sign in with your own Google account and are responsible for what happens through your account.
  • We store your data with care, but keep your own copy of important documents (download the PDF, or your data in My account). We are not liable for loss of data.
  • Do not use the site for abuse, spam, fraud or illegal purposes. We may block or remove accounts and content that do.
  • You can delete your account yourself at any time in My account.

Vacancies

  • Only post real vacancies at a real employer, without fees for candidates. We review every vacancy and may refuse, adjust or remove one.
  • Applications go directly to the employer. Suriname Business is not a party to any application or employment contract.

  • How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.
  • We may change these terms; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the law of Suriname.
